What another fabulous session at the Partners……. At this session we covered rights and self-advocacy and discussed discrimination on the grounds of disability not being a medical, social work or educational issue; but a human rights issue. During the 2 days we heard from powerful self-advocates and people with lived-experiences. We also learned about human rights, the right to inclusive education and what is happening with In Control Youth…. We would like to thank all all wonderful speakers for the fantastic insights and sharing personal stories with us.
